If you want to sign the hob

– on to the Miele@home system, first

prepare the signing on procedure on

the master (display) appliance.

– To sign on to Con@ctivity, you must

first sign the cooker hood on.

Signing on the hob

 With the hob switched off, touch the

 and  sensors at the same time

until the indicator light for the safety

lock flashes.

In the timer display,  (programme) and

 (status) appear. The programme num‐

ber will be displayed to the left of the

control scales and the set status to the

right.

 Touch the number 1 on the rear left

control scale (set to programme 10).

 Touch the number 2 on the front

right control scale (set to status 2 =

sign on).

The signing-on procedure starts and

number 2 flashes on the front right con‐

trol scale. The signing-on procedure will

take a few minutes. The number 2 lights

up constantly as soon as the procedure

has been completed successfully.

 To save the setting, touch the  sen‐

sor until the displays go out.

 Finish signing on the cooker hood/

master appliance (see the relevant in‐

structions).

Signing off the hob

If you would light to sign off the hob

from Miele@home, first carry out the

signing-off procedure on the display

device.

 With the hob turned off, touch the

 and  sensors at the same time

until the indicator light for the safety

lock flashes.

In the timer display,  (programme) and

 (status) appear. The programme num‐

ber will be displayed to the left of the

control scales and the set status to the

right.

 Touch the number 1 on the rear left

control scale (set to programme 10).

 Touch number 1 on the right front

control scale (set Status 1 = signing-

on).

The signing-off procedure starts and

number 1 flashes on the right front of

the control scale. The signing-off pro‐

cedure will take a few minutes. The

number 1 lights up constantly as soon

as the procedure has been completed

successfully.

 To save the setting, touch the  sen‐

sor until the displays go out.
