Yields: 1 Loaf

Ingredients
3 cups + 2 T (15 oz) Nine Grain Flour
Blend
3 cups + 3 T (16.5 oz) Bread Flour
3 t Salt
1 T Light Brown Sugar
1 T Honey
4 t Instant Yeast
4 T Vegetable Oil
3 cups Water
1 1/3 cups Grains Mix
Method
In the bowl of a stand up mixer add all
the dry ingredients and whisk together.
Making sure the yeast does not come
into contact with salt.
With a paddle attachment slow
incorporate the wet ingredients into the
dry.
Switch to a dough hook and knead for
about 8 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball. Place into
an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap
and proof for 1 hour.
Shape into an oval loaf and place on
universal tray.
Cover with plastic wrap and proof for
45 minutes to 1 hour.
Place into oven immediately and run
the MasterChef Plus program for
Multigrain Bread.
Follow the directions in the display.
